Acai in Carioca Bowl

Ingredients
  • 100gr of Petruz Organic Acai pulp (puree or with guarana)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 measuring cup (2-4 tablespoons) of apple juice or water
  • Garnish: granola and other fruit slices (banana, strawberry, mango, etc.)
Preparation Method:
  • Partially thaw the açai packet under running water for a few seconds;
  • Break the pulp into small pieces to facilitate mixing;
  • In a blender, put the acai, banana and apple juice (or water);
  • Beat the contents in a blender until creamy in consistency;
  • Pour the contents into a bowl;
  • Cover the acai cream with fruit slices and granola.
